Day Forty-Five

Dinner was a small peach.

Breakfast was two eggs.

First lunch was a big, green salad.

Second lunch was a serving of pasta salad with whole wheat pasta.

A handful of seeds and a handful of almonds were my snacks.

Sugarless cocoa before bed.

Did forty minutes on the elliptical, and went back tonight to do weight-lifting.  Did three sets of each of six things.

Did full morning and night abs.

Took a four-song walk on my break.

Skipped the refreshments at my son's promotion party.  Didn't even go back there.  Don't even know what they were.

No sugar for forty-five days.

Not sure what else to do.
