Day Six

I didn't have an hour to do the elliptical this morning, but I did as much as I could, which was forty minutes.  I have dropped another pound, making six in all.  Woo-hoo!  This is working.  I still have not had a single bite of anything with sugar in it.  My kids have finished off all the cake.  I cook a good meal at night and have leftovers of it for lunch.  I tell myself I have been well-fed for the day.  I snack when I am hungry on fruit or nuts or seeds.  I have my sugarless hot chocolate at night, which prevents my stomach from growling all night.  The only calories in that are from my dinner milk, which I usually save most of for cocoa later.  The cocoa and stevia I use have basically no calories. Sometimes, I even put in a teaspoon of cream to make it richer.  It's great to me that I can eat cream and still lose weight.  It's the sugar that is the bugger!

A coworker offered me brownies.  To be honest, they looked good, but I replied that I could not have any and thanked her.  She suggested I drink moringa tea.  I'll look into it, but I still think cutting sugar is the main thing I need to do.
